What will be new in Anderson Learning?
In addition to the new environment our teams will have access to all-new AAG created training, Tim Kintz sales training, and CDK University.
What topics will be on Anderson Learning?
Anderson Learning will host a comprehensive library of courses including customer service, sales skills, phone skills, AAG history, culture (the 4Gears) product knowledge and much more.
The topic and course list will be available to all associated to view, and will be added to and updated often.
How do I access?
Simply through your Workday login. Access on any device including your computer, phone, or tablet.
How will the training be delivered?
Training will be very interactive. There are a variety of course styles including video, games, activities, scenario-solving, and combinations of these.
Our teams will even have the opportunity to learn from others across the company in their role, and upload their own content.
What will change?
For service team members, most of the training that was housed in other systems, including Dean Estep Next Level and KPA Safety, will all be in Anderson Learning.
For sales team members, Anderson Learning will replace the Alan Ram / Dave Anderson Training access.
All OEM training will remain the same.
What departments and skill levels?
There will be content for all departments and all skill levels, from new-hire to veteran team members.
How long are the trainings?
Training lengths vary but are mostly built to be quick, micro-learning experiences you can complete at your own pace in short amount of time.
What will be required?
You’ll have some assigned training as well as the opportunity to explore additional training topics that interest you.
