I was in the market for a good used vehicle.i found one i was interested in and left my contact information.The very next morning the salesman (Anthony S) returned my call.When i got to the dealership he had pretty much eveeything in order for me to test drive.His service was great and very professional.

Wendell was very professional and not pushy at all. He worked with our budget and found us a great car. He was always available to text or talk too, even when the dealership was closed on Sunday. The finance guy was also very good. I definitely would recommend the dealership, and especially Wendell.

When I arrived I was greeted with a hardy good morning and a great smile I was surprised at the way social distancing and contact with me the customer was being treated. It made me feel very comfortable. Then we went straight to work to try to find a car i would love which I did. No high pressure tactics. All the work was professional and he made me comfortable. In fact all the employees treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and efficient in taking care of me your customer.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car…the salesman was not pushy, he was available when a question needed answering , he and his General Manager were very friendly. You felt like you were the most important person on the showroom floor, they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied with all the aspects of doing business with them. Lee Mckoy’s service and follow up was first class. I would recommend Lee McKoy to all my friends and any one else that asked. You will not get better service and sales people who care any place else in North Carolina and I can speak from experience having check them out with visits and phone calls. This is my fifth or sixth Kia purchased from Fred Anderson and the service seems to get better with each visit and Lee is my number one.
